Yoga for Book Lovers will start with a 45 minute gentle yoga flow that is accessible to all ability levels, and end with a 45 minute book discussion. The book will be announced at the beginning of the month and participants will need to provide their own copy.
At the first meeting of the month we will focus on the first half of the book and at the second meeting we will focus on the remainder of the book.
This class will be kept small to ensure that everyone in the group has enough time to share their thoughts on the book.

Meet Zoey: Hi! My name is Zoey. I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training in November here at Sol Yoga Collective. I am excited to offer a new class, Yoga for Book Lovers. My intention is to create a space to deepen our practice through reading and discussion. We will discuss yoga related books, discover new books and get to some of those yoga books on our TBR list as a community.
